And if it’s not fun, then why bother? Things that are good for us don’t need to be unnecessarily unpleasant.  I just never bought in to the idea that if you want to lose weight and feel fantastic the only choice is to eat tasteless sticks and stones and run grueling marathons. What if you are one of us lifestyle moderates who are willing to make positive lifestyle changes that actually bring more pleasure than pain? You’ve come to the right place!

I am no ass-whoopin’ boot camp fitness trainer or taste bud orgasm-robbing dietitian.

I am a Sensual Lifestyle Goddess.  What’s that, you say?  Well, it’s really a wellness coach/consultant who doesn’t keep asking frustrating coach-type questions, who is much more laid back and informal than your typical consultant, who loves to eat, dance, goof off, and lead by example.  As for the Goddess, I am not referring to religious, pagan, bbw, or the supernatural (though all are welcome!), but instead to our light, beauty, and intuitive intelligence as women, based on my philosophy and world view of the feminine spirit of Tantra.

Happiness–achieved by the connection between mind, body, and spirit is essential to living well. However, I am not into the trendy business of peddling the “hottest new” holistic healing therapies or hokey alternative medical quackery. And I do not practice any woo-woo, way-out-there constructs, either.  I am quite simply a wellness mentor and guide, and lover of good food and creative movement, with the experience and scientific knowledge to back it all up.

I am a mommy of one, wifey, mosaic artist, lawyer, and free spirit. I have been obsessed with sparkly costumes, exotic eye makeup, and meditative movement in the form of bellydance performance and instruction for more than 16 years. I discovered kundalini tantra during my quest to become more sensual and deeply expressive in my dance form. I journeyed further into and became certified to teach kundalini tantra, which focuses on sensuality and the subtle energies inside and around our bodies, which eventually became the cornerstone of my lifestyle and practice.

  • Light-hearted physical play – enjoy yourself and move your beautiful body. Never go to a gym or run like a rat on a wheel—unless you enjoy that kind of thing;
  • Sacred intimacy – practice adoring your present self so that you can more deeply love others without fear, envy, or jealousy;
